I understand people’s frustration with big VC platforms such as Alma, Headway, Rula etc. I’ve been with Alma since 2020 and have had a very positive experience overall. However, I’m looking to move away from them as they are requiring Diagnostic Privilege for LMHCs in NY which seems like an unnecessary administrative headache. Does anyone recommend any other platforms with high reimbursement rates that are not terrible? I’m licensed in NY, RI and MA. Not willing to work with a place that makes you opt into AI session notes or is overly micromanaging of therapists.
