I am at standstill with my family's visitor applications. My brother and mom had applied for visitor visa back in 2022 through some agent in India for my convocation. It was rejected but no documents were provided by the agent. I applied again after 6 months from Canada through the online channels myself. It was rejected again in 3 days. The rejection letter mentioned those generic pointers - Strong ties to India, financial etc. Since then I have not tried again. Now my father's Canada visa has expired so, I am thinking to re-apply for his and add my mom as a dependant from UAE as dad lives and works in Dubai. Can anyone guide what can be done in this situation or point to any good immigrations firms that can help?
