working at a movie theater
I work at a movie theater. I really loved the job at first, it was so much fun! Sometimes I still have fun, but recently I haven’t been liking it.
I just had my 3 months evaluation, and apparently I have been doing a good job. The only thing that I have done bad was that I'm too quiet and have a soft voice, they told me I should try to speak up more when I'm working concession. I was always confused why I didn't get asked to work concession stands before because I loved it so much, (i still haven’t been scheduled concession it’s been 8 weeks btw)
After my evaluation I was told that I could work at the box office. But i still haven't been scheduled to work at the box office. But some people started working after me have already been scheduled to work in box.
Also, lately I have heard that my coworkers have been doing stuffs outside of work, for example, they went to see Minions and then yhey went bowling, then they did something for the end of Oak street movie.
but I had no idea what they did outside of because they didn’t tell me anything about it. (i’m like pretty sure they have a GC with out me)
I don't know if I'm just being dramatic but lately I have just been feeling a little left out and discouraged about work.
