Recently friend mine was so annoyed by his hospital. They are now forcing them to stay till 5. Also in the morning they have to report by 7:30.
I was under the impression that more and more hospitals are allowing round and go home policy than staying. What do you guys have at your work place?

I have a home loan at 6.5% for 30 years. I’m getting 15 years loan for 5.61 with additional 700$ per month payment.
Ever since I naught a home. I have been getting 2 different opinions about mortgage payments
One group says to payoff ASAP and get over with it like Dave Ramsey said.
Others said home loan is the cheapest you can get and should never pay off early.
What are your thoughts?
