Got laid off and now I want to start my business
I recently got laid off from one of the top MNCs, no regrets. I’ve been wanting to quit from the last 1 year, but because of the toxic work culture and extreme with pressure I couldn’t get myself to prepare for another job. I have completed 5 years. And I had received a good amount of RSUs which is worth good money today. And I’ve managed to save a good amount money and I’ll be getting a great severance package in a few months. Now I feel like I’m Done with this stupid toxic IT job and I’ve got the time and freedom to actually pursue business. But people around me are scaring me and urging me to get a job asap. But honestly I don’t want to. I want to start my own business, something small. So I can learn and launch something big later. What do you think I should do
