Last week, during an important meeting, we noticed that half our participants were not showing up. After checking my email, I saw several people had emailed to say they were in the waiting room. I was the host, and the waiting room showed 0 participants. The Zoom link was sent out via Outlook Calendar invite. About half the group had this issue, and half got in without any trouble. Is this something anyone has experienced before? Any ideas for how to prevent it from happening again? We lost a good portion of the meeting trying to resolve this error. (Copying the invite link directly from the meeting and emailing it to those who were stuck did the trick) Thanks in advance!
