I travel for work a lot, usually taking about three or four flights a month. I keep my Mounjaro in my carry on bag since you are not supposed to put it in checked luggage. I have TSA PreCheck and I have never had a problem so far.

But I am always waiting for the day an agent pulls my bag aside and starts asking questions about the four pens with needles attached to them. I know the rules say medically necessary supplies are allowed, but the actual rules and the security agents do not always line up. Do you guys carry your actual prescription with you just in case?

I have been with my partner for three years and our sex life used to be incredible. He was always a high libido guy, but he hit a major depressive episode and everything just stopped last fall. He started taking Wellbutrin which helped his mood, but he still had zero interest in touching me or having sex. We finally found out his testosterone was in the dirt at 160, so his doctor put him on TRT. He has been on 25mg three times a week for about two months now, but I am still not seeing any real change in his desire for me. Even though he is trying to eat better and work out, he never initiates anything and I get turned down a lot when I try to start something.

The part that is really killing me is that I can see he is still watching porn on our shared computer while I am at work. He tells me he loves me and is still attracted to me, but he would rather just jerk off than actually have sex with me. I have stayed in great shape and I know I look good, but he does not even tell me I am pretty anymore. I am starting to feel like he just lost his attraction to me and is only staying because I make his life easier. I want to know if this is just a phase while his hormones get sorted out or if the porn is the actual problem. I am dying inside feeling so unwanted and I just need to know if I should keep waiting or if this is how it is going to be now.

I want to know what red flags people watch for to avoid getting burned. I already learned that anyone hitting you up in your DMs is a scammer and those pre-filled pens are a total waste of money. What other sketchy things have you guys noticed when a source is obviously fake?
