4 weeks until beach vacation – how would you maximize results?
Hi everyone,
I’m 36y, 160 cm (5’3) and currently around 58 kg (128 lbs).
I already train consistently long term, so I’m not looking for crash diet advice or anything unhealthy. But I do have a two week vacation coming up in about a month and I want to get the absolute best out of the next 4 weeks in terms of looking leaner, tighter and more toned.
Right now I:
- eat around 1500–1700 calories per day
- get around 8k steps daily
- do strength training 4x per week
- focus on protein intake
My main problem is that my body holds water VERY easily and I often have a puffy face and store fat on my belly.
If you had only 4 weeks before a beach vacation, what would you personally focus on?
- More cardio?
- Lower carbs?
- More steps?
- More intense lifting?
- Less sodium?
- Pilates/core work?
- Any tips for reducing water retention?
Would really appreciate realistic advice and little “tricks” that actually make a visible difference short term without completely ruining recovery or muscle.
Thank you :)
