Hello guys! I'm 24F
Gusto ko lang sana manghingi ng advice from everyone here in Reddit. I was hired last April for a Medical Virtual Assistant role. Then I started this Monday. Tbh, I didn't expect na ma-hire ako bcs I don't have any expi in VA or BPO. This was a first for me. Nangangapa ako sa lahat, totally clueless.
We do have a training period but my TL is just letting me experience everything. When I say everything, IT MEANS EVERYTHING. I have basic skills regarding appointment scheduling and other admin tasks but for a beginner like me, i can't just handle a calls from a potential client. kahit po given ang script, iba pa rin po talaga kung alam yung dapat sabihin.
Ngayon po, I would like to resign from my position kahit ilang days palang po ako because it's kinda overwhelming as a beginner. I'm actually worried kung okay lang, pero as of now po wala pa naman akong NDA na napipirmahan.
So ask ko lang po ba if ituloy ko resignation ko?
