Well I talked to the Sumter county court house, public defenders office, clerk's office and Blake Hill of the southwestern probation office in Americus, GA..... First off Blake Hill Said he's basically coming for me and agianst me cause of I'm right and his abuse of power as the head probation officer in Americus GA..... It's called double jeopardy in legal term and I don't know what it's called when officials with creditionls get caught for disregarding conditional right s but I'm sure it's bad ...
I was taken to court 2 times for the same ticket driving on suspended license in Americus, GA Sumter county court house. I was held in jail almost 40 day's for it the second time in Sumter county sheriff department. Please help me, I'm in fear of my life..... I'm only posting this cause of the high chance I go to jail because Mr Blake Hill is trying to abuse his power and cover up for the Americus, GA Sumter county court house.... I got a driving on suspended license ticket in 2021 and finally went to court for it in October of 2025 and got time served. I did my risk reduction classes back in 2022, they issued a bench warent in February of 2026 and arrested me. I went to court for the same ticket in February of 2026 and got a $1,500 fine and 1 year probation.... I got a MVR on the 1st of May of 2026 last week and have 0 points on my license and a valid Georgia driver's license, they told me my license was also suspended.... I personally feel like their trying to cover it up, the honorable judge Rambo passed away the same week I got arrested for a bench warent and the cunning Sumter county court house and the probation office in same parking lot are curopt and out of control.... My MVR has 0 points on it and my Georgia driver's license are valid. I'm not to smart on who to speak to about this and besides I'm currently being trained for guest services at my current location and have meetings daily, I don't have time to investigate my situation someone help.....
