I booked a stay at Conrad (non cancellable) with my husband. But due to a medical emergency we won’t be able to make it. I want to understand how will the charges be taken from my card
At the time of booking . They just asked for details on the card - they didn’t ask for any OTP

1. Without OTP how can they cut the money ?
2. When will the charges be deducted ?
