That would’ve been an automatic leave at the gate situation but a car was coming in right as I saw this, he tipped good and added another 5 after so it all worked out.
I don’t usually say anything but this time I had to, for the first case they responded when I was already across town and said “come get the tip” I guarantee if I would’ve called their bluff they wouldn’t have responded. For the last image customer I just said “thank you” and got no response. I have a new rule, when I take a double order I switch between tasks to see what the instructions say for both customers and the one who says they will tip after is the one who didn’t tip and won’t tip after and should be the lesser priority. 100% of the people who have ever said that ended up giving me no tip. Happened about 20 times in the last 6 months.
