Hi all curious to get your thought if this was symptoms or a concussion or just alcohol.

I was drinking all day mixing drinks and going out I had drank for about 7 hours still the end with water then randomly felt sick on the dance floor and dizzy then apparently passed out and hit my head about 40 minutes later I was vomiting a few times I went to sleep that night and woke up twice from what was weird imagination like something crawling on me.

Symptoms of concussion or just alcohol? No bumps on head just sore and tender
