I have pcos and endometriosis respond well to medication’s like letrozole going to have a laparoscopic endo removal surgery in May after my surgery I was wondering if natural conception is possible or even doing a couple more medicated cycles or do we have to do IVF? My doctor is pushing more towards IVF. Sperm results: concentration-30 total 50 motility 42 morphology 2 agglutination moderate. This is the first time agglutination was present. Thank you.
