What does Anarchy as a model have over structured societal humanism. Why is the state as a concept itself the issue and not the forms it takes or has taken. Why could the state, for example, not be one big charity and material distribution multiplier beyond a half assed utilitarian welfare state as we think of it today in the same terms as i put forward.
