Soooooo close!
I’ve been trying to improve my sleep score ever since I saw some people here posting perfect scores.
Thanks to this forum, I realized that having 15 microawakenings every night wasn’t normal.
I learned that it could be an indicator of possible sleep apnea.
I consulted a doctor, and my sleep quality has improved significantly. Today, I’m happy to have achieved an almost perfect score.
So, thank you to each and every one of you, without even knowing it, you’re improving people’s sleep quality, and therefore their lives, including mine. 🫶🏻
