I’m an undergrad soon to graduate and I’m applying for jobs and wondering if my resume is right, up until now I have changed my resume quite a few times and I keep getting feedback that extracurricular matters but my peers advice against it, so I’m wondering if extracurricular like sports and extra languages and club related work matters in resume and is it something recruiters look at? This is for tech related field by the way like a SWE job or something along the lines of that.
