hi! I’ve had this bird of paradise for 3 years now but over the past year it’s gotten really tall and droopy. there is a drainage hole at the bottom of the pot & i water once per week. is this salvageable or should i toss it? only the middle two leaves stay upright & you can see where I’ve already cut off three of its leaves because they died.
it’s sitting by my window and gets bright indirect light.

edit: blinds are normally open :)
