I’ve finally figured out the my neighbor on the floor below me is using an ultrasound device to give me the willies, cause it certainly feels like someone is touching me at times. I haven’t had any negative side effects, other than my ears constantly ring nowdays. Good thing I couldn’t hear anything that high frequency anyway.

Questions: How do I prove this? Without kicking his door down? And even if I did kick his door down and catch him red handed with it, wanna say the cops won’t give a shit.

Any ideas?
