Hello everyone,

I am from Kerala, seeking help regarding death certificate .

My mother, passed away in a fire accident on 30 March 1997 and was admitted at karnatak medical college. We did not receive the death certificate at that time.

I am now trying to obtain it. If anyone knows the procedure or whom to contact at the hospital or Hubballi authorities, please help.
