To stay in hotel in Dalt Villa/Ibiza town or rent a home around the island?

My husband and I will be coming for 4-5 day trip and we have a hotel reserved in old town quite convenient for the action but we will be renting a car and the hotel said we could park in blue zones or at the Ikea parking lot 10-15 walk from the hotel which is not ideal. If we rent an air b n b then free parking and we can have our own food at home type of thing BUT at the air bnb wont have taxis as old town, so for when we want to go out and have dinner will we be able to call taxis and ubers easily?? how does one get around when they rent houses to go out at night?
