(Gay male) - I've had a positive oral and genital chlamidiya test. I'm unsure who could've given it to me or just am abit confused rn. So full story. I've had 3 people I've met with in the last year, I was negative on my last test after breaking up with my ex. I met with one guy (1) twice who performed oral on me and we made out, I had no contact with his genitals. I met with another guy (2) who we both gave each other oral and we used a condom when I topped him. Finally I met with my ex (3) who we did unprotected anal and blowjobs where he bottomed.
My ex claims he hasn't been with anyone but has previously cheated on messages with people, he's taken a test but no results yet and believes I've given it to him. The first guy (1) just gave me a negative test result, he was my least likely guess as there was no genital contact. Guy number (2) who was my most plausible has also given me a negative result. Leaving my ex... I'm really confused with these results. If my ex comes back with negative results I have no fricken idea what's going on. If he comes back positive with anal chlamidiya did I give it to him? Or has he lied to me. He's seemed very genuine and stressed about this which makes me think he's being honest
