New SLP trying to figure out seminars techniques etc.
It’s my first year working as an SLP. I work at a private center I’m very happy with the work but I have a hard time picking the right seminars and training programs. So I work with children of all ages and the case load varies a lot from autism to semantics syntax/ morphology articulation and phonological difficulty’s, teams of teens etc. My problem is that every time I find something that fells important and I want to study or train for it something else pops up and I end up doing nothing. Should I just pick something that I like or should I pick something that I know a lot of my children will benefit from for example and how do I pic one ?
