Where to locate Crappie?
Going out kayak fishing with my FIL today and I am pretty much a beginner level fisherman. I typically only seek out bass but recently picked up a micro pole and want to use it to fish for Crappie but never have fished for them before. Where should I look for them and how should I fish for them? We’ll be on a smaller lake in a state park (attached picture for reference). Weather will be cloudy/partly cloudy and 80 degrees. Going out about 2:30pm.
