Marpole area for renting
I am actually moving to Vancouver from Victoria and was looking around for some listings - found a good one in the Marpole area and wanted to ask if it’s a safe location or whether I am saying yes to a sketchy area.
The building is on the intersection of Hudson street and SW Marine Dr - for more reference it’s opposite to this dog training institute called pawsitive cultr+.
It’s just that it’s a bit far from downtown Vancouver (46 mins in the bus) but does get me very easy access to the bus stop because there’s a lot of different bus stops just steps away lol. It’s just I am unsure of the location - is it sketchy under all those raised roads on Marine drive at the bus loop? Or maybe I am overthinking it, either way some advice would be great :)
Adding that I don’t have a car so I’ll be using public transport most.
