Hear me out, we embrace the next split. First off we know it's happening in March, and secondly a 5 to 1 reverse split is horrible for investors so we know the price is gonna keep going down, we buy more when this happens.

Just around the corner is production starts and ramps up. Why now, why this time? Because in the last year all their milestones have been achieved on time and on budget, they are actually executing.

With the reverse split and roughly only 25 million outstanding shares, we buy the crash. Once we start making millions a quarter in revenue and millions in net income, we should see a stock price moon.

Bullish for ucore, that's their feedstock

Mostly all their revenue comes from mining and trading uranium, and all the rising costs that come with it. It explains uuuu and why it can't make a profit either, their uranium ore is not high grade. I'm looking into pure play refiners/tech, mining is a lost cause when it comes to growing earnings these days unless the world stops blowing up refineries and oil comes back down to 50/60 a barrel.

For me this is all the conviction I need after spending several hours studying the science behind processing rare earths. The technology that ucore possesses is essentially magic. It's a game changer, and imo it's going to take every western rare earth processor out of business and put a huge dent in China's sales.

The advantages it posseses over traditional refining is mind boggling, far more efficient and no wonder they are projected to be profitable in its first quarter of production. The rapid SX tech is enough for me to go heavy into ucore. Look at advantages over traditional solvent extraction, no wonder uuuu, mp and Lynas don't make money, nobody can doing it traditionally.

Agreement with scoa will guarantee feedstocks.

I'm excited, plus they got a mining asset and the ability to add more processing power without shutting down operations, and they can alecarte any critical mineral needed for production. Adding more shares next week, going long 10 years at least.

Follow the money, it's heading from a petro economy to an electro economy.

They didn't change the time lines, we on schedule boys!!! If they can finish this refinery, it'll build real credibility in this space and a major tailwind for critical minerals. We need to be known as the space where companies make money not, not burn it.

If they ultimately can't keep the stock above Nasdaq requirements, they may get an extension or they might not come September 14th.

I don't really understand why ELBM isn't communicating more updates to shareholders, is no news good news at this point since the market doesn't believe a word they say anyways?

My gut says they do another reverse split to meet compliance unless they make an announcement that they completed the refinery on time, and below budget.
