Send help, I don't understand this!
For context, I live in the UK and make about $33,000 after taxes. So...not a lot. I signed up for the IBR plan and was sent this. I genuinely cannot afford anything other than the $83.00 one...

Can someone just explain how this works? or what can I do/say etc for it to go back to IBR, I don't know why it says PAYE when that's not what I signed up for.
