Ok, I've had the tablet for half a year, I use it very sparingly, in the office. Still, the "leather" is peeling, small particles remain on my hands. I wrote to support, where they wrote back:

"I can understand why this would be disappointing, especially given your expectations from a premium product. Over time, materials like leather can naturally show signs of wear depending on usage and handling. Based on what we see, this type of deterioration is generally considered normal wear and tear, which isn't covered under our warranty."

And for the rest, that I can buy some other cover. It seems unbelievable to me to ask 150 euros for such a poor quality product. I don't believe that it's leather, leather doesn't age like that, nor do I have any premium feeling from it, as they try to tell me.

A big disappointment both with the product and the support approach. For other buyers, I would probably recommend a different type of cover, or a third-party cover.
