▲ 2 r/Monitors
Hey all, Last year, I upgraded my 10 year old PC to something a little more modern. But I only went to a 6650XT (that I got on a great deal), so I stuck with my current monitor. It's a Samsung S24D390. 1080p, 60hz, technically fine for my gaming needs. But obviously it's 5ms GTG, and I've probably had it for a decade at least, at this point. So I'm shopping around for a new one.
I know that 1440p is a bit much for my GPU, but I don't play demanding games particularly often, and I think I'd appreciate the larger monitor for my weekly online D&D games, which is starting to feel a bit cramped.
I imagine just about anything is going to feel like a big jump for me, but I want to make sure that I'm getting good value for my dollar.
Thanks.
