Honda S2000 - battery issues
Hi all! My partner recently got her moms 2004 Honda S2000, which was sitting for a while. Got it serviced by a Honda dealer out of town, which included replacing the battery. Since then the car has been driving great, but the the battery is basically draining overnight, with us having to jump it routinely to drive it.
Our best guess is that it is the aftermarket reversing camera spliced into the rear taillight.
Would really appreciate some advice on how to best approach this. We have a multimeter that we can use. Would you just pull out the spliced camera? If not, how would yo go about seeing what is draining the power? Check each fuse, or something else?
Neither of us are mechanics, so I am inclined to find a mechanic who can help (open to recommendations on a good mechanic who would be comfortable around the car), but if it is as 'simple' as pulling the right fuse, we are happy doing that.
Appreciate any insight you might have on this. The car has a lot of sentimental value for her as a memory, so trying to fix this so she can use it again reliably.
