Anyone else work with a lazy merch manager? I drive nights and our guy is straight up allergic to a pallet jack and addicted to his phone. Takes him forever to do anything because he’s doing it one handed 🤳🏾 and can’t be bothered to help stock even one pallet. When he’s off and our front end manager closes, we get a lot more done simply because they actually walk around with a pallet jack and help where they can. They offer meaningful input about merchandising. This guy can’t make a decision to save his life. Can’t wait til he rotates out lol
