For those who have yet to receive their order, the UK and Canada seem to be the two that pop up often. I had a response from future press as I also have been waiting since placing an order last week.

In a nutshell - they're in the process of moving stock from one warehouse to another, so expect a couple of weeks, apologies, need more time, copies have been reserved.
