I'm playing early access on PC - what are the keyboard/mouse commands for the following:

• The Teams menu (the '3 people' icon in the top left hand corner next to the mini-map)
• Clicking or using the 'Hold to give up' or 'Hold to cling to life'

I get a cursor for the Skip cutscene option, as well as Leave Mission, but not sure how to access the above. There is a 'Show Cursor' option in the Settings but it's got a padlock on it. Thanks!
