What your opinion? C2ME or Moonrise? And if you use C2ME, what mods you are use to optimize thing that Moonrise optimize?

I want to have a VPS for reverse proxy, but almost all hosting provider just fake / hidden trial / paid / need CC. I just want a free VPS running Linux (sudo access), 24/7 and many traffic as much as possible
