I'm offering 2 months of free automation to a handful of small distributors and manufacturers in the US/Canada. No strings, no contract, just results

Let me be upfront about what's happening here and why the offer is what it is.

We've been running back-office automation for distributors and manufacturers for over a decade. Most of our work has been in Asia and the Middle East, and it's worked well enough that we're now expanding into the US and Canadian markets. We know the solution works. What we need are the first handful of North American clients who can speak to that from their own experience.

So the offer isn't "free because we're not sure it'll work." It's free because we'd rather earn your trust than ask for it upfront. And honestly, having 3-4 businesses in the US and Canada who've seen real results matters more to us right now than the revenue from those first engagements.

What we do:

We automate the manual back-office work that's eating your team's time, invoice entry, freight bill auditing, bank reconciliation, receiving verification. Works on top of QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, NetSuite. No ripping out what you already have. A distributor doing 300+ invoices a month typically saves 30-40 hours, and our freight audits usually find overcharges that cover the eventual cost several times over.

We've done this across manufacturing, distribution, and trading businesses. The problems are remarkably similar regardless of geography. The numbers, the carriers, and the accounting software are a little different. The pain is identical.

Who I'm looking for:

Distributors or small manufacturers, 10-50 employees, somewhere between $2M-$15M in revenue. You're manually entering 200+ invoices a month, or you're spending $25K+ on freight and nobody's actually checking the bills, or your bank rec is still something your team dreads every month.

I'm taking on 3-4 businesses for the 2-month free engagement. After that we'll have enough North American case studies to move forward differently. So this offer has a natural end.

Drop a comment or DM me. Questions are welcome in the thread, happy to talk openly about what we've done and how it works before anyone decides anything.
