Hi everyone,

I’ve recently completed my board exams and have decided to take a drop year to prepare seriously for CLAT 2027.

I want to be honest about my current situation—I’m starting almost from scratch. I don’t yet have a strong grip on key areas like legal reasoning, logical reasoning, current affairs, or reading comprehension. I also haven’t been consistent with newspaper reading or mock practice so far.

However, I’ve taken this drop year with the intention of giving CLAT my full focus, and I’m willing to put in the effort and stay consistent. Since I still have a significant amount of time before CLAT 2027, I want to use this year in the most effective way possible.

I would really appreciate guidance from those who have cleared CLAT or are currently preparing seriously.

Also please tell me if coaching is required or not?🥲
