I used the search bar and found this exact debate strung out through three or four different threads. I figured we'd settle here once and for all. From what I've seen these two models seem to be the only two worth considering; feel free to chime in if you feel strongly that assumption is incorrect.

Guys on the front: which of these two models do you recommend? GoPro seems to be the go-to but I've read of vague, unspecified "issues", which give me a little pause despite the cheaper price tag. Mohoc users, any thing you don't like about this system or does the $800 price tag promise a flawless performance?

Edit: Also, okay to bring with traveling into Kyiv? Or are camera the kind of thing a customs official might consider steal-worthy?

Just declared via Trump. Thoughts? I'm seeing some people saying this (along w/ reports about Putin being in hiding) are indications the end is near. How likely do we think this is?
