possible to run <20mins in 4km by July? Beginner and looking for some tips!
I have a running event end july where I have to run 4km, and the cut off timing is 30 mins. Kinda hoping I can get <20 mins? I don’t really enjoy running HAHA
my current pace is 6:15/km… I play squash and tennis but I cant really jog or run long distances, I end up walking abt 1.5km in HAHA
am I able to get a timing of <20 mins by end july? and what kind of training plan shld I fllw :)
any advice or insights wld be appreciated ❤️❤️
