I am looking for note-taking and documentation apps that enable real-time collaboration, such as Notion and Google Docs.

While these apps are convenient, they have the disadvantage of using the cloud.

I attempted to self-host Appflowy, Outline, and AFFiNE, but I could not use them fully due to their pricing policies.

So, are there currently any completely open-source note-taking or document apps that allow for real-time collaboration? Or which ones are you using?
