Hi everyone. I tried to add a picture to my original post but I couldn’t. It’s been a tedious process but I’m finally getting my refund! Thank you so much for all of your advice. In case anyone didn’t see the original post, a seller on Temu was claiming that my return came back empty and my refund kept getting denied. If anyone is going through anything similar, keep bugging the customer service until they eventually give you a human agent who doesn’t give you automatic responses. I’m being scammed on Temu and this process is draining. I bought $100 wig to wear for my birthday. Half of it was paid with my card, the other half was in Temu credit. The wig came and looked nothing like the pictures or reviews and it was too small to even fit so I never wore it. I left a review and started the return process. When I got the wig it came in a box with other things I ordered. The wig itself was in a clear bag. When I went to ups to return it, they told me I need to buy a shipping envelope to return it. I purchased it and they scanned my QR code and packaged it. The seller in Temu is claiming my package arrived empty, which doesn’t make any sense. They keep denying my refund. The seller has now taken the product down and I can’t even find any other products from them available for purchase.
