Hey everyone, I’ve got a friend who’s renting a place while going to University (student visa). Her and her family have been living in this place for a few months, and have the smallest rubbish bin available to them. They requested a bigger one about four months ago, and while the landlord seems amenable, supposedly the owner is dragging their feet. Meanwhile there are no third-party bin services available, and they’ve been paying a significant amount of money to have the excess rubbish removed every so often. They would pay for the new bin themselves if they could, but it’s not allowed. How can she resolve this?
