Wolseley road in Godalming - is it a nice area/street?

Thinking of buying a house there and was just wondering if it had any downsides I need to look out for? Saw it once and it seemed relatively quiet and nice!

Just a stat I found quite shocking. True in US and UK. I guess even with all these layoffs....there's actually more hiring going on overall.
