New grad here that just passed their boards. My official graduation date is next week. I'm in the South. I've never had a job so I'm pretty new to the job hiring process.
Just went through an interview with the manager. At the end, he told me he'll be sending my application to HR and said to wait for about a week for HR to reach out. Is this a pretty standard thing to do or is it a good sign?
