Not sure if this is allowed to post here, but I'm trying to get into jogging / running.

I'd love to find someone for motivation / chats ect. I'm a complete beginner (34m) and only starting, it's been something I've wanted to do for ages but I keep putting it off cause I feel like I'd be judged and get mad anxious 😅

Or if anyone knows of beginner groups around Dublin City Centre, that would be great!
