While Cerebrolysin for TBI, stroke and CTE might be clinically effective, those claiming it works for ADHD lack scientific evidence to back up the claim. The only current study that studied its use for ADHD lacks a large enough sample size to yield any meaningful or reasonable conclusions. Until we can publish more and better studies, don't assume that because it's good for one illness, it's automatically good for another one
