Question about dream mat

I live in an area that isn’t known for gold production. (Arkansas) so I usually have to fly to get close to gold producing rivers or creeks. That being said I carry in my pack a foldable sluice. It has the usual expanded metal and miners matting.
I’ve seen hand heard talk about the dream mat stuff and am wondering if any of you have used it? Is it worth the cost of the upgrade?
If so, my sluice folds out to 48”
I see it sold in 36” upgrade kits…
Should I get 36” worth of dream matt and then use something else with it?

Dream mat question

I’ve only been gold panning a couple times when we went to Colorado and became a bit addicted.
On the last go round I bought a foldable sluice that I was able to take on a plane. It didn’t do as well as I had wished but have recently read about a dream mat. What do I need to know about choosing the right upgrade?
Are they worth the cost?
Since I have to travel to get to gold (I live in Arkansas) I don’t think I could do any type of high banker type setup.

Unidentified Peddle Car

I’m attempting to help a neighbor and am having a hard time finding any information on this old peddle car. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Went in for some picks, came out with this….

I was on my way to a gig and just stop by the local music shop to grab some picks. I’ve been a long time Martin fan and own a D35 as well as a D45.
I never in a thousand years thought I’d find a Chinese made guitar that would ever compare. But after hearing so many talk about Eastmans on here, when I seen it I thought I’d give it a strum or two. Then after a brief conversation with the guitar and realizing it was homeless… well I couldn’t just leave it like that!

Bonk got Bonked

BonkDAO just lost $19M and the theft was public for 7 days.

It wasn't a hack. Nor a exploit. Not a bug. The attacker just read the rules better than the holders did.

Here's the proposal, still live on-chain:

BIP #76, "Sowellian BonkDAO." Instruction two, in plain English: send 4.43 trillion BONK to this wallet.
9bxWkNf3BtJ6iehq9KbX9uCWMjem4TFiPZ19T2sYJHvQ

It sat there for a week. One person commented "no stated idea of what they'd do differently." Everyone else scrolled past.

Then look at how it passed:
→ Quorum: 1%
→ Yes: 99.9%, No: 0.1% (Yes votes: 882.38B v/s No votes: 710.85M)
→ Cleared quorum by a rounding error, 882B against an 880B bar

So when quorum is 1% and nobody votes, the treasury belongs to whoever bothers to show up with tokens.

The attacker bought $4M of BONK for voting power, passed his own bribe-in-plain-sight proposal, and walked the treasury out automatically.

The "Classic Flash Loan Governance Takeover".

> The governance didn't break. It executed perfectly. It did exactly what the winning stake told it to.

> Previously Beanstalk lost $182M to this same move in 2022. Four years later, a $19M treasury still runs 1% quorum and no timelock.

>So basically a DAO that nobody watches isn't decentralized one. It's an unlocked vault with a voting screen bolted on.

The BONK was public. The theft was scheduled. Nobody cared to read the fine print.
