Hello could someone please explain the difference between a 90 days 2 year multi entry visa, a 60 days 2 year MEV and a 30 days 2 year MEV?

Am I allowed to stay a maximum of 30 days every time I travel in the 2 years or I have only a maximum of 30 days in the 2 years to be in the Schengen area
