Buddhism can only be truly understood through wisdom and insight into the mind.

Buddhism can only be truly understood through wisdom and insight into the mind.
I am from Sri Lanka, so I understand Susan Lim's background and upbringing to some extent. To be honest, I am writing this comment at the beginning of the video.
Buddhism teaches us to refrain from doing harmful actions, to cultivate wholesome actions, and to purify the mind. In that sense, Buddhism is more than a religion; it is a philosophy and a way of life.
I also understand that many people are born into Buddhist families, but they may not fully understand the true meaning of living according to Buddhist principles.
