Anyone faced a situation at any VFS center in India where they did not receive the acknowledgement invoice on their mail? My passport is at the center and all i have are the tracking mails which has the application IDs. Although they say the invoice is needed, was anyone able to collect their passports with just the tracking email which says the passport has reached the vfs center?
Any info on how to read this situation?
31M & 30F, married couple, planning to travel to Hungary, Austria & Czech in October. Spending more nights in Austria hence applied from VFS Pune for Austria on Aug 7th.

Employer NOCs (for both) with payslips & ITRs

Cover letters and detailed itinerary
No prior Schengen history so shared details of travel history for Dubai, Bali & Singapore (Aware its not relevant).
Based on the VFS Tracking, the applications reached Austrian Embassy in Delhi on 10th Aug. Been under process since then. No calls or any communication yet.
