401k Balance 31M - Stay the course, or change investment/savings strategies..?

Started working in 2018 making 62k a year and contributing 10% to 401k. Company does 6% match plus 3% service contribution. In 2026, I'm now making $110k, contributing 16% (same company matches) with a total 401k balance of $220,000. I'm 2x base salary at age 31 which is quite a bit ahead of where the internet says you should be. What opinions do you have for the next 5-10 years of money managment for me?
